Behind the Brand

                                                                                             

We are Louise & Delphine, two friends passionate about beauty, craftsmanship and interior design. We have created the brand SAFAR to offer our clients, interior professionals and individuals, exceptional wool rugs, to elevate and warm up their interiors.

Our rugs are designed in Belgium and handmade in Morocco. They are conceived and made to last and they are entirely woven by hand on looms, with local wool of great quality. They are then washed and brushed multiple times to open the wool as much as possible. It is this last step that characterizes our rugs and gives them this silky aspect. 

We create all of our rugs made-to-measure. You can either choose an existing design within our collections or propose your own. We have a large color catalog which you can can come discover, as well as our collections, in our Brussels showroom. If you'd like, we are available to guide you through this creation process.
